Valentine's Day is truly what you make of it. Today my husband and I were really busy trying to finish a remodel for an open house next weekend and we spent all Valentines day painting, cleaning, gluing, and photographing, but when we came home from a long day of working he made me this. It is funny how apples have become such a highly sought after staple in our house lately. I asked my husband to buy me some apples, and twice he did, and twice the kids ate them before I even got a chance to get ONE. I guess that is a good problem to have. I have one child that will eat just about any fruit you put in front of her, and one that eats, well, apples. My job as a graphic designer at Bosshardt Realty allows me to use my photography talents at times, and today was one of those times. I am currently working on our magazine, and will be featuring some of our Realtors® from our satellite offices and what their towns are like. This is a shoot I did with one of our Newberry, FL Realtors® Teresa Hoffman. We featured her eating at one of her favorite restaurants, Villaggios. This is my favorite picture from the shoot. Stacey’s 365 Project- Day 15

Sticking with the food theme, this is my gluten free hamburger. I decided to go gluten free before Christmas, I may have cheated a little over the holidays, because I was feeling gassy and beginning to have a lot of IBS attacks. I have a friend at work that is medically gluten free, she has severe gluten issues, and as we talked about some of her issues I realized some of mine are the same (not as severe).
