Sticking with the food theme, this is my gluten free hamburger. I decided to go gluten free before Christmas, I may have cheated a little over the holidays, because I was feeling gassy and beginning to have a lot of IBS attacks. I have a friend at work that is medically gluten free, she has severe gluten issues, and as we talked about some of her issues I realized some of mine are the same (not as severe). This has really helped me with indigestion, gas, feeling of being bloated, and helped with my IBS ALOT. So I continue to have my hamburger, instead I just eat it with a fork and knife. This time I added a little buffalo and blue cheese dip on top, normally I like a pretty plain burger (especially the way my husband makes them) but this was a nice change.
